Returns and exchanges considered
Eligible new items may be returned whether or not they are defective, and exchange requests are accepted. For preference changes or ordering mistakes, a non-defective product must be new, unused, and in original condition. Faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods can be reported without requiring them to remain undamaged.
Starting within 30 days
Contact pangrangsudten@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery. Provide the order number, checkout email, request reason, and photos or video when reporting a product problem. Do not mail merchandise until approval and the correct destination instructions are supplied.
Included prepaid label
The package contains a free prepaid return label. If it was not enclosed or has been lost, ask us for help. We do not apply a restocking fee to eligible approved returns. The store's General mailing address may differ from the return facility.
Resolution
Stock and review determine exchange availability. For an approved refund, we process or initiate the original-method credit within 10 days. Posting by a bank or card provider may occur later. Nothing here removes non-excludable legal rights.
