Before the order ships
Successful payment authorization starts a handling window of 1–2 business days. This preparation time is separate from the time a parcel spends with the carrier.
After dispatch
Carrier transportation is expected to take 4–6 business days, although holidays, severe weather, address correction, and routing events may add time. Available delivery services, fees, and the final USD total appear in checkout.
Parcel assistance
We provide tracking when it is supplied by the carrier. For delayed movement, loss, damage, or a delivered scan without a located parcel, write to pangrangsudten@gmail.com with the order reference and tracking details for investigation.
